Andrea approaches every transaction with a deep respect for the fiduciary duty she owes her clients, consistently striving to exceed expectations at every turn. Andrea is a skilled negotiator and trusted advocate, known for guiding even the most complex transactions to a smooth and successful close. Specializing in luxury properties throughout Greater Los Angeles, Andrea began her career focusing on the San Fernando Valley, where she was raised. As her client base rapidly expanded, so did her expertise, now encompassing markets from Playa Vista to Silver Lake, the Westside, Bel-Air, and Beverly Hills, as well as the premier condominium communities of Century City and the Wilshire Corridor. Andrea is proud to count numerous CEOs and CFOs of publicly traded companies, entertainment executives, business managers, attorneys, and other prominent business figures amongst her loyal clientele. Andrea earned her Bachelor's Degree from Gonzaga University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law. She practiced law for seven years, specializing in business litigation and eventually earning a partnership at a high-profile Los Angeles law firm, before transitioning to real estate. When she's not working on behalf of her clients, she enjoys walking, hiking, and spending as much time as she can with her grown children. Devoting all of her efforts and energies to selling real estate, Andrea is no longer an active member of the California Bar Association and is representing clients solely as a realtor.
